How it works
From your first inquiry to delivery, here is how an order works:
1. Send us your product choice, quantity, and delivery address.
2. We prepare a quotation, with shipping calculated for your destination
3. Once confirmed, your order goes into production or preparation.
4. We pack and dispatch your order.
5. Your furniture arrives at your nearest port, or at your address for orders within Bali and Indonesia.
Production & payment
Most orders are completed within 2.5 months, depending on quantity and complexity. We ask for a 50% deposit to start production, and the remaining 50% is paid before shipping. Export documents and freight are handled through our trusted forwarder. Import duties and taxes in your country may apply depending on local rules. Ask us for a shipping estimate on WhatsApp.
