2. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, project type and any message, sketches or photos you send through our forms, WhatsApp or email.
- Order and delivery details: delivery address and consignee details needed to produce, ship and export your order.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, our website platform (Wix) and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and actions taken (for example, clicking our WhatsApp button or sending a form).
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare your quotation.
- To produce, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to handle payments.
- To arrange export documents and freight with our shipping partners.
- To understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis (for visitors in the EU/UK)
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (your quote) and to perform that contract (your order), based on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and, where required, based on your consent (for marketing cookies and the Meta Pixel).

We only share your data with providers who help us run our business:

- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and WhatsApp)
- Our email providers (ImprovMX for email forwarding and Google Gmail)
- Our freight forwarder and shipping partners, only for orders being shipped
- Our bank, to receive and confirm your payments
- Authorities, if required by law
6. International transfers
Because we are based in Indonesia and use international service providers, your data may be stored and processed outside your country, including in Indonesia and the United States.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete your order and keep our business records, or longer if required by law.
